Annapolis Recreation & Parks presents its 2nd annual Juneteenth Festival! Come on out to Carr's/Elktonia Beach & Maritime Pavilion on Thursday, June 19 and celebrate African American culture, history and freedom. 

With performances by:

- Stoney Ellis & Phase 11 Band

- Voices of Motown Philly

- Clones of Funk

Emceed by Tarsha Fitzgerald and Buddy Davis.

Enjoy various vendors and food trucks! Please bring a chair. No umbrellas.

This event is completely FREE. Shuttle services provided from designated parking areas.
