Join us for the 3rd Annual ROCK-IT RUN 5k, Half Marathon (Relay Optional), and FREE 1k Little Rock-It RUN (8 years and under). Kick-start your July 4th with a new tradition and feel good about Changing Lives. We’ve got the RED & WHITE, and all we need is YOU!

Our mission is to increase awareness and raise funds for organizations that help our veterans, first-responders, and others break free from PTSD and mental illness.

9:00 AM – Awards Ceremony

9:15 AM – FREE 1K Little Rock-Its Run start

9:30 AM – Let Freedom Rock Headliner

11:00 AM – Event ends
