• Adoption Center
• Open Fri., Dec. 23 during regular hours.
• Closed Sat., Dec. 24 and Sun., Dec. 25.
• Resuming regular hours on Monday, Dec. 26 for fosters, adoptions, and rescues.

• Field Services
• Field Services will be available 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM on Fri. Dec. 23. 
• Emergency calls only will begin on Sat., Dec. 24 through Sun., Dec. 25. Regular service hours will resume on Mon., Dec. 26.
• Emergency services such as an animal bite, a seriously sick or injured animal, or an animal trapped inside a living space of a home will be provided throughout the holidays by calling 911.

Leisure Services

• Facilities
• Closed Fri., Dec. 23 through Mon., Dec. 26. Reopen on Tue., Dec. 27 under regular hours of operation.
• Parks
• Open from 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM on Fri., Dec., 23 and Mon., Dec. 26. Sandy Creek Park which will be closed on Mon., Dec. 26. 
• Regular hours of operation will resume on Tue., Dec. 27 with regular hours of operation.

Solid Waste

• Residential and commercial Solid Waste customers' (outside the Downtown district) service will be suspended on Fri., Dec. 23 and Mon., Dec. 26. During these shortened weeks, additional trucks will help collect items each day early beginning at 7:00 AM. Once collection is completed for a service day, trucks will immediately begin collecting the next day's cycle until the end of the shift and resume pick up the following morning. As a result, roll carts should be placed out on the morning of the day earlier than scheduled during both weeks to make sure they are collected.
• For the remainder of the week of Dec. 19 and the week of Dec. 26, customers should have carts ready for collection as follows: 
• Monday customers should have carts out for collection before 7:00 AM on Tuesday, Dec. 27, since Monday's collection is suspended.
• Tuesday customers should have carts out for collection on the morning of Tuesday, Dec. 27, since Monday's collection is suspended.
• Wednesday customers should have carts out for collection on the morning of Tuesday, Dec. 27.
• Thursday customers should have carts out for collection on the mornings of Wednesday, Dec. 21 and Wednesday, Dec. 28. 
• Friday customers should have carts out for collection on the mornings of Thursday, Dec. 22 and Thursday, Dec. 29.
• Residential and commercial (inside the Downtown district) garbage and recycling service will be collected on the regular schedule.
• Leaf & Limb will collect the week of Dec. 19 in Area A and the week of Dec. 26 in Area B. There will be no collection on Fri., Dec. 23 and Mon., Dec. 26.
• The landfill will be open on Fri., Dec. 23 from 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM and closed on Sat., Dec. 24.  It will resume regular hours on Mon., Dec. 26.
• The CHaRM will be closed on Sat., Dec. 24, resuming regular hours on Tues., Dec. 27. The CHaRM is only open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.
• Solid Waste offices will be closed on Fri., Dec. 23 and Mon., Dec. 26, resuming regular hours on Tue., Dec. 27.
• The Materials Recycling Facility is open on Thurs., Fri., Dec. 23 and will be closed on Sat., Dec. 24, resuming regular hours on Mon., Dec. 26.

Transit

• Fri., Dec. 23 - Reduced service level. Only hourly service on routes 12 & 14.
• Sat., Dec. 24 - Weekend service levels with no evening or on-demand evening service.
• Sun., Dec. 25 -  No Transit Service
• Mon., Dec. 26 - No Transit Service
• Tue., Dec. 27 - Reduced service level. Hourly service only on routes 12 & 14 through Mon., Jan. 9.
• Offices will be closed from Fri., Dec. 23 through Monday, Dec. 26 resuming regular hours of operation on Tue., Dec. 27.

Other Offices

All general departmental administrative offices and facilities (City Hall, Courthouse, Satula Avenue Building, Dougherty Street Governmental Building) will be closed on Fri., Dec. 23 through Mon, Dec., 26. Regular hours of operation will resume Tue., Dec. 27.
