12:00 p.m.-1:00 p.m.: All American Baking Contest - (Johnson Memorial United Methodist Church) Entries must be dropped off between Noon-1:00 p.m.: 2023 Theme: Best decorated 4th of July cake. 1:00 p.m.: 7th Annual Horse Show - Held at 117 Greenbrier River Estates, Alderson, WV 24910, (Glen Ray Road) Registration will start at 10:00 a.m.- $10 Entry Fee except for class 4 and championship classes. Class 4 will be $5.00. Class 26 bring your own dollar. Championship classes will be $25.00. Payouts will be 1st, 2nd, 3rd, ribbon 4th and 5th. Negative coggins required.

9:45 p.m.: Introduction of Miss Fireworks 2023 - (Alderson Memorial Football Field) Join us in giving a heartfelt welcome to Layla Pence, our 2023 Alderson Miss Fireworks and her spectacular court of gifted and beautiful contestants!

10:00 p.m.: Grand Fireworks Display - (Alderson Memorial Football Field) The Alderson Fire Department will put on the best show in Greenbrier County featuring a marvelous fireworks show. Admission: $5 per person for show & fireworks. Children 6 & under FREE.
