Every household in Shirley will soon be receiving their Annual Street Listing form (also known as the Town Census) from the Town Clerk's Office. When you receive it, please take a minute or two to review the information on the form (it is pink this year!) and make any necessary changes to information on it (if any changes are needed). After you review it, please sign and date the form, put it in the return envelope provided and mail it back, drop it off at my office, or drop it in the Town Office Building outside drop off box next to the front door as soon as possible. It only takes a couple of minutes but it is very important.  Information on the form includes those people living in your household with their date of birth, occupation, and political party (if any) as of January 1, 2023. It also includes the number of dogs living in your household. If someone is currently living in your household that is not on the form, please add him or her. If someone on the form no longer lives in your household, please mark an "X" in the column "Moved/Deceased" next to his or her name.
