ArtsNET to Receive $20,000
from the National Endowment for the Arts

Bedford, TX — Arts Council of Northeast Tarrant County / ArtsNET has been approved for a $20,000.00 Grants for Arts Projects award from the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) to support our program Art On Wheels. This program provide virtual and in person art classes providing a creative outlet for senior citizens and individuals, age 17 and up, with limited financial resources, and/or limited mobility due to health issues or transportation challenges. ArtsNET project is among 1,130 projects across the country, totaling more than $31 million, that were selected during this second round of Grants for Arts Projects fiscal year 2023 funding.

ArtsNET will be able to reach more individuals and facilities to further advance the availability of this program to our communities.
