Artspace New Haven - Call For Love Notes

Arts and Entertainment

March 21, 2023

From: Artspace

Hello Artspace patrons!

We have decided to postpone our Love Notes event until the week of May 3, 2023, during the same week as The Great Give. Let’s make it even bigger! Final dates to be announced.

Tell your friends and family! We will send out another reminder of this change in coming email notifications.

We are still taking submissions for Love Notes, so if you’re an artist and this is reaching you, you can email [email protected] to inquire about a submission. All Love Notes will be displayed at Artspace for the week of the Great Give. Love Notes can be bought up until the show closes. All proceeds for Love Notes will go towards this year’s Summer Artspace Program. Please consider supporting the youth of New Haven through this fundraiser!

A HUGE THANK YOU to our partners at Hull's Art Supply + Framing who made our Drop-in Drawing possible with donated drawing kits! Come use one at our next Drop-in Drawing!

Drop-in Drawing is every Wednesday from 3:00-5:00 PM

About Artspace New Haven

Founded in 1987 by artists, we center community-building and education while providing a platform to present the work of visual artists in the city of New Haven. Artspace’s exhibition and commissioning programs encourage experimentation and civic discourse while fostering an appreciation for the vital role artists play in improving our community.

Artspace is supported by state art funding from the CT Office of the Arts/Department of Economic and Community Development, a state agency funded by the National Endowment for the Arts. Funders also included the Andy Warhol Foundation, CT Humanities, the New England Foundation for the Arts, and the Mellon Foundation. Additional support is provided by the Community Foundation of Greater New Haven, the Board of Directors and Friends of Artspace.
