12pm: 4-H Fashion Revue Modeling, Judging and Interviews (Closed to the Public)

9am: Judging of all 4-H, FFA, and Open Class Exhibits that were brought in on Monday
11;30am: Boyd Hall, Potluck Luncheon for All Volunteers, Fair Board, Superintendents, Judges, Extension Office and Officials
6pm: Rodeo Grounds, Upper Level, Girls Night Out, Barrels and Breakaway, Sign Up on Upper Level underneath Announcer Booth
April 24, 2024:
3pm - 7pm: Boyd Hall, 4-H Enter all Foods, Canning, Dutch Oven, Decorated Cakes, 4-H Poultry Eggs
3pm - 7pm: Boyd Hall, FFA, Enter Poultry Eggs
3pm - 7pm: Floch Hall, Open Class Adults, Senior Citizens, Youth and Teens, Enter All Open Class Foods, Produce, Canning, Table Setting, Gift Baskets, and Decorated Cakes
3pm - 7pm: Floch Hall, Open Class Adults and Senior Citizens Enter all Wine, Beer, and Liqueur
4pm - 8pm: Boyd Hall, FFA Enter All Ag Mechanics, Welding and Educational Boards
3pm - 7pm: Apple Pe Contest, Floch Hall, Enter Apple Pies for the Apple Pie Contest, all ages
6pm: Upper Level , His /Her Night Out Team Roping, sign up on Upper Level underneath Announcer Booth
7pm: Mandatory Livestock Meeting, Swine Arena, all Large Animal Livestock Exhibitors must attend either the Wednesday or Thursday Meeting to receive their wristband to get into The fair for free
April 25, 2024:
8am - 11am: Floch Hall, Open Class Adults, Senior Citizens, Youth and Teens Enter all Flowers, Horticulture Exhibits, and Planter Boxes
8am - 11am: Apple Pie Contest, Floch Hall, Enter Pies for the Apple Pie Contest, all ages
8am - 2pm: Boyd Hall, 4-H, Enter Flowers, Gardening, Plants, Social Science Projects
8am - 2pm: Boyd Hall , FFA Enter Flowers, Gardening, and Plants
9am: Judging of Food Exhibits, Exhibit halls closed to the public except to bring in Entries
11:30am: Boyd Hall, Potluck Luncheon, Potluck Luncheon For Volunteer, Superintendents and Judges, Extension Office, Fair Board , and Officials
12:30pm: Judging of Exhibits, Exhibit Halls Closed to the Public
12pm - 6pm: 4-H and FFA Enter Livestock Animals for Weigh-in (line-up in main Parking lot). Enter Breeding Project Animals, Open Class Animals, Small Animal Projects-Rabbits, Poultry, Novelty Goats etc. Enter animals at each species barn location. Check in with Superintendent
3pm: Judging of Exhibits, Exhibit Halls Closed to the Public
4pm - Close: Rainer Amusements, Buddy Day-Buy one wristband gets two people in to the carnival. Both people must be present to redeem ticket for Wristbands. Thursday Night Only-Must buy ticket in advance
7pm: Swine Arena Bleachers, Mandatory Large Animal Livestock Meeting, All Livestock Exhibitors must attend either the Wednesday Or Thursday meeting to receive their wristband to get into the fair for free
7:30pm: Swine Arena Bleachers, Mandatory Small Animal Meeting, All Small Animal Livestock Exhibitors must attend.
April 26, 2024:
9am - 9pm: Fair Opens, Entertainment, Exhibits, Animals, Rodeo and Food
Showing of Breeding Sheep, Breeding Goats, Sheep, Goat Costume Contest, and Utility Goats
8:30am: 4-H/FFA Livestock Judging Contest, Meet in Beef Show Arena Bleachers
9am: Rabbit Barn, Fitting and Showing Rabbits, Pocket Pets and Cavies
10am: Floch Hall, Judging of Apple Pie Contest
11am - 7pm: Lower Level, Mechanical Bull-Buy Tickets at the fair office to ride the bull.
Entertainment: Tumbleweed Crossing, 11am, 1:30pm. and 4:30pm
11:30am: Swine Arena, Swine Quality Judging
12pm-2pm: Lower Level, Smiles the Clown-Balloon Master
12:30pm: Sheep/Goat Arena, Sheep quality judging immediately followed by Goat Quality Judging
12:00pm: Beef Arena, Beef , Dairy, and Breeding Quality Judging

9am: Poultry Barn, Poultry Quality Judging
10am: Parade, Downtown Asotin, 2nd Street, Theme: Cowboy Boots and Buckin’ Chutes
11am: Beef Arena, Beef, Dairy and Breeding Fitting and Showing
