Bass lake Bait and tackle Fishing Derby
All fish entered in contest must be caught at Bass Lake via Rod and Reel between the hours of 11:00 a.m on Friday.
Both artificial and live bait are acceptable.

7:30 a.m: 5K Run, 3K Walk
6:15 a.m: Registration 
Tempo Run Timing and Events is running the Bass Lake 5K Run / 3K Walk. It is a great way to kick off the festival weekend! Join us in this family-friendly event with people of all ages and experience levels. Prizes are awarded to the top runner in each age division, The run will be a chip timed race.

9:00 a.m - 3:00 p.m: Arts and Crafts
Bass Lake Market will be located at the BLPOA Building, 6996 IN-10, Knox IN 46534 Saturday. The Market is taking a different direction handmade and personalized items only exciting and unique.

9:00 a.m: Bouncy Houses
Join the fun at the Kids Zone/Bouncy Houses this year! The bounce houses will be at The Bass Lake Beach on Saturday, July 26. Please be prepared to bring some cash for some bouncy houses. Facepainting, Balloon making, magic show, watermelon eating contests, kids fun run and games and more!! All kid events will be held at this location.

9:00 a.m - 3:00 p.m: Car Show
Join us at Bass Lake for a day of fun for all ages. music, 50/50 raffle, door prizes, top 25 awards and more. All cars, trucks and motorcycles are welcomed. The car show will be located at Lost Pines on Saturday. Registration is from 8am to Noon. Rain date will be Sunday July 27th. If you have any questions, please contact Steve Berndt @ 574-806-1410.

9:00 p.m: Fireworks will be near the Bass Lake Beach. A thrilling display of pyrotechnics will be presented by Ace Pyro, LLC The show is Saturday. ?This year the fireworks will be done solely by the generous donations from our local business and residents. It is with everyone's help that we can have such a great display.

10:45 a.m - 11:00 a.m: Kids Fun Run
This event will be held at The Bass Lake Beach Saturday. The kids fun run will start around 10:45-11am after the magic show. There will be obstacles that the kids will have to jump over and crawl under. This is a fun free event. The watermelon eating contest will start after the fun run

11:00 a.m: Magic Show by Nate The Great
Join us on Saturday at The Bass Lake Beach at 10:00am.  
Watch The Magic of Nate the Great perform a 45-minute show! The kids fun run will follow the show around 11am

9:00 a.m - 5:00 p.m: Photography Contest
The viewing public will select winners in each category by purchasing tickets at the viewing site a $1.00 for each and depositing those tickets into the container. The photo collecting the most tickets in each category will be declared the winner. All proceeds from this event will be donated to the Fireworks Funds.

11:30 p.m: Watermelon Eating Contest
All ages can join this fun contest on Saturday. Contest will start at 11:30pm (directly after the fun run be there at 11am to sign up) this event will be held at The Beach on Saturday, July 26.  This event is free. There are three age groups: 5-9, 10-13, and 14-adult. 

10:00 a.m: Water Volleyball Contest at Bass Lake Beach
9:30 a.m: Must Register 
Fee: $30 per team when registered by July 18
$45 per team for registration on the day of event

8:00 a.m - 11:00 a.m: Bass Lake Lions Club Breakfast
Join us for the annual Bass Lake Lions Club Pancake Breakfast at the California Township Fire House. Support a great local organization that does so much to support out community.

Cardboard Boat Race at Bass Lake Beach
9:30 a.m: Registration
10:30 a.m: Race
Fee: $20 per boat. You can preregister or sign-up day of.
Cardboard Boat Race is a fun, enjoy yourself, have-a-good-time race. Therefore, no matter how fast, slow, big, small, sensible or outrageous your boat is, the first rule is that the boat designers, builders, racers and supporters have fun. The winners are encouraged to put their boats in their yards to be displayed through the weekend or you can be in the parade. The race is open to everyone- especially pirates.

Your entry Must be in by 10:00 a.m(CST) Sunday, July 27th. 
Judging will take place in the line-up and will begin promptly at 12:00pm The award Trophys will be presented at viewing stand (TBD) during the parade.
The start will be promptly at 1:00 p.m (CST).

Parade Route: 
The parade will form on Western and S. CR 210 going back to Hillbilly beach. 
The route is East and North on CR210 around the north End of Bass Lake. It will end at The Bass Lake Pub
