HB1084, an act for the Department of Finance and Administration appropriation for the 2023-2024 fiscal year.
HB1179, an act for the Department of Parks, Heritage, and Tourism – division of heritage appropriation for the 2023-2024 fiscal year.
HB1261, to enact the Arkansas Triage, Treat, and Transport to an Alternative Destination Act; and to mandate insurance coverage for an ambulance service to triage, treat, and transport a patient to an alternative destination.
HB1427, to amend provisions of Arkansas law related to the code revisor; and to declare an emergency.
HB1452, to require hospitals in this state to comply with federal hospital pricing transparency regulations; and to require the department of health to enforce compliance with federal hospital pricing transparency regulations.
HB1522, concerning the salaries of various district court personnel.
