From: Blackbird Creek Fall FestivalThe Blackbird Creek Fall Festival fosters stewardship of the Delaware Bayshore by celebrating the richness of estuaries and Delaware’s cultural traditions at our beautiful scenic site at the Delaware National Estuarine Research Reserve.
A Full Day of Fun:
A child learns how to use a bow and arrow, taught by an adult.
The annual festival offers a variety of activities each year. Some of the highlights of recent festivals:
Exploring informational booths and displays.
Checking out unique wares from local artisans and vendors.
Taking a tractor-pulled hayride through the Blackbird Creek Reserve.
Trying some kid-focused crafts celebrating the outdoors and autumn.
An estuary scavenger hunt.
And running and playing in the great outdoors.
