The Chakras
Thursday, Nov. 17, 1:00-1:45pm
Today’s online event focuses on working with the Chakras to create a pleasant and relaxing experience. There are seven main chakras throughout your body, starting from the base of the spine through to the crown of the head. These invisible wheels of energy keep us vibrant and healthy. Maybe you have heard people talk about "unblocking" their chakras? This refers to the idea that when all of our chakras are open, energy can run through them freely, and harmony exists between the physical body, mind, and spirit. With Love and Gratitude, www.withloveandgratitude.com, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to education and service.
