Join us for this online program led by With Love and Gratitude as we're guided through different methods of healing. This tapping technique is geared specifically to releasing serotonin, a natural mood stabilizer. WayneRen is a system for healing that is a synergy of methodologies: Tong Ren, acupressure, Reiki, tapping, serotonin release, massage, chakra balancing and Daoist principles. Incorporating the essences of these healing principles, WayneRen utilizes a distance healing practice to optimize the release of blockages. With Love and Gratitude is a nonprofit organization dedicated to education and service.

The ancients used the sky and stories to track the seasons, and examples from ancient star lore illustrate the concepts. The planetarium presentation will occur inside the library on a large screen, and weather permitting we'll have an outdoor observing session. This program is recommended for older kids, teens, and adults. Registration required.
