From: Brewster Ladies' LibraryAll Ages Tiny Art Display
Help us create a community display for our bulletin board! Ask for a canvas at either the Reference Desk or the Children’s desk to receive a 4in x 4in tile to design and paint at home. Return the tile to us and we'll get it prepped for display and hang it in the front entrance with everyone else's tiny art. After your art has been shown on the bulletin board you'll be welcome to pick it up after January 2nd.

Youth Artist Fellow
Our first Ladies’ Library Artist Fellow is Lucas Wilson-Bevington! A resident of Brewster and a rising junior at Nauset Regional High School, Lucas enjoys designing and building structures in Roblox, Minecraft and BIM CAD. In this exhibition, there are two CAD design projects featured: his seaside sustainable design project and the garden project. A dual national of France and the United States, Lucas modeled his seaside house after a neighbor's house in France, adding gardens, rooms and sustainable features. Lucas designed ‘the garden project’ during his 9th grade year, winning a Silver medal Scholastic award in the State of Massachusetts. In this project, he built a greenhouse adjacent to the house that becomes part of the form of the house. Other than architecture, Lucas is an avid chess player and tennis player at Nauset, and enjoys cooking, reading, and writing in his spare time. Lucas volunteers locally at the The Family Pantry of Cape Cod, Discover Architecture.org as well as the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History. Lucas is a talented and well-rounded individual with a passion for design. His work is both creative, environmentally sensitive and functional, and he is clearly dedicated to making a positive impact on the world.
