Summary: The Town is seeking innovative ISP partner to build and operate a last-mile fiber network in the Town. The hope is that gigabit fiber will be made available to everybody in the Town. This RFI has the goal of opening a dialog with potential ISP partners.

Date and Method for Submittal of Information Proposals: Information proposal should be submitted as a single PDF file using the instructions below. Information proposals must be filed electronically to the following email address [email protected] and are due by February 9, 2024. Any information proposal received after the time specified will not be considered. It is the Respondent’s responsibility to ensure that information proposals are received on or before the specified date. The email should include the header: Partnership for a Fiber Optic Network.

Right to Reject Information Proposals: The Town reserves the right to reject any or all information proposals. The city may elect to interview and further negotiate with one or more Respondents.
