** Schimpansenfest is our traditional festbier, brewed with 100% German malted barley and hops, specifically for the Oktoberfest festivities. This beer spends over a month in our horizontal lagering tanks for an optimally smooth, malt-forward flavor and a crisp finish. It is copper in hue, leading with a bold toasted malt profile and subtle aromas of noble German hops.
