Panhandle Partnership, Inc. in cooperation with Independence Rising, Panhandle Public Health District, Region I OHD, UNL Extension, and Western Community Health Resources is pleased to offer this health and wellness event for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Funding for the event is provided by United Healthcare.

Participants will be able to rotate through the following stations:

- Healthy Snack Station
- Pumpkin Crafts
- Blender Bike
- Beverage Board
- Blood Pressure Checks
- Healthy Habits Booth
