ChicoLIVE Music Festival will kick off with the high-energy performance of local favorites, The Funnels. Voted as the best band in Chico, CA for six consecutive years, The Funnels will deliver an upbeat mix of originals and dance-oriented cover songs from renowned bands such as The Talking Heads, The Pretenders, and more.

Stroke 9
(2:00pm -3:15pm)

Joining the lineup is alternative rock band Stroke 9, hailing from the San Francisco / Bay Area. Known for their hit single "Little Black Backpack," Stroke 9's sound captures the essence of West Coast rock and roll. Their recent album, Calafrio, features acoustic guitars, electric piano and rich harmonies that showcase their seasoned pop sensibility.

Township
(3:45pm -5:00pm)

Opening the stage for Frankie Ballard is Township, Northern California's premier country cover band. With a repertoire spanning from classic country to southern rock and blues, Township promises to get the crowd dancing with their outstanding musicianship and experience performing alongside national and international touring acts.

Frankie Ballard
(5:45pm -7:00pm)

Known for his unique blend of classic country, blues, and southern rock, his quick-draw guitar skills and rough-hewn vocals, Ballard has solidified his place in the music industry. His album "Sunshine & Whiskey" propelled him to stardom, producing three consecutive number one singles: "Helluva Life," the title track, and "Young & Crazy." Notably, his chart-topping hit "It All Started with a Beer" resonated with fans worldwide, further cementing his position as a country music powerhouse. With eight Billboard singles and a gold record.
