GATHER

SUNDAY WORSHIP IN-PERSON & ONLINE
Join us for worship this Sunday at 10am HT in person and online via FB live.

REPRESENT CCU AT INTERFAITH EVENT
Raj Kumar is asking for suggestions for someone to represent Christianity (by offering a brief prayer/thought) at the annual Gandhi Day Celebration which is scheduled for Sunday, October 1, from 10:00am-12:30pm at the Gandhi statue near the entrance to the Honolulu Zoo (under the banyan tree with free parking in the zoo lot). This is a direct conflict with CCU’s morning worship, this opportunity will only work for someone who is open to experiencing interfaith worship and willing to exchange this for worshipping at CCU that Sunday.
Raj is a Hindu and in addition to coordinating this annual celebration on Gandhi’s birthday is the founder and President of the non-profit International Institute for Peace.
To accept this invitation or to ask for more information call John Heidel at 808-261-4585

CCU IS LOOKING FOR AN UPRIGHT PIANO DONATION
The termites have taken up residence in the old upright piano in room B3 and made the piano unusable. If you know anyone looking to donate a used upright piano that is not beyond repair, please let us know. The piano has not been used for years, but an upright piano in B3 would be nice to have for sectional choir rehearsals and other purposed.
