You don't have to dress the part - you just need to talk over the phone and start practicing your "Ho! Ho! Ho!" Volunteers are needed during our "Santa's Calling" program to be Mr. & Mrs. Claus while making phone calls to young children. We'll provide you with talking tips and the participant's information. Dinner provided for all volunteers at 5:00pm. Phone calls will be made between 5:30-9:30 pm.

Free Health Screenings
The Hale Senior Activity Center provides free health screenings from local health providers on certain Tuesdays of every month.
Leg Vein Screening
2nd Tuesday of every month
9:00 am. Provided by Premier Vein & Vascular
Blood Pressure Checks
3rd Tuesday of every month
9:00 am. Provided by Dedicated Senior Medical Center
Hearing Screening & Ear Wax Removal
4th Tuesday of every month
9:00 am. Provided by Miracle Ear of Dunedin

Senior Basketball (Ages 50+)
Every Tuesday & Thursday
December: 12-2:00 pm
January-May: 1-2:00 pm
$3/day at MLK, Jr. Recreation Center
Drop in for weekly pick-up games played on half court at the MLK, Jr. Rec Center located at 550 Laura Lane, Dunedin. Games provide friendly competition and a great opportunity for exercise and comradery. Men, women and all levels are welcome to participate
