Only at the Flagler Beach Police Department

204 S. Flagler Avenue at the following times:

Mondays 10 Am- 2 Pm

Wednesdays 10 Am- 2 Pm

Thursdays 10 Am- 2 Pm 

Bring: Golf Cart Application, Driver’s License and Proof of Insurance.

Once you have passed the inspection, bring your Application and signed Inspection Sheet to the back entrance of City Hall located at 116 S. 3^rd Street.
