From: City Of Fort PierceFort Pierce is breathtaking during the holidays, especially during the month of December. The Public Works Department does the utmost to decorate the city streets and ready the palm trees in Marina Square, wrapping them in over 100,000 strands of Christmas lights for the much-anticipated Holiday Lights Spectacular, or the “Dancing Palms.” And it’s true, there is always something to do in Fort Pierce. December is jam-packed with Holiday Happenings to keep you in the holiday spirit!
The Annual Sights and Sounds Parade on 2nd Street is a holiday memory-maker. The Christmas Boat Parade gives the perfect touch for those seeking a true Florida Christmas, and Christmas on Moore’s Creek embraces the gift of giving that echoes what our community is all about. Though Florida doesn’t get the coldest during the winter season, you can feel the warmth of the holidays in our cozy little town.
The City of Fort Pierce encourages everyone to enjoy the holidays with us. Below is a list of some FREE Holiday Happenings and a link to the City’s Downtown Parking Guide to help you along.
Both guides are attached - save them to your phone or desktop!
Have a safe and happy holiday season!
