New City of Hallsville Bill

Be on the look out for your City bill in the mail. The City is no longer using postcards as those get lost so easily in the mail and there is no room to add comments or news.
You will be receiving an envelope from the City of Hallsville going forward, every month, that includes your bill, the first newsletter of the year, and information on the lead & copper rule survey.
