Non-payment fees were added to water & trash and trash accounts today (October 21st) if you haven't paid yet but shut offs will not be done until Monday. Get your payment into City Hall or online at Hallsvillemo.org before Monday to avoid a shut off fee and having your water and/or trash service turned off!
