Homestead CRA Industry Day
Attention Developers: The City of Homestead Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is seeking a development partner for a mixed-use, mixed-income transit oriented development. Developers are invited to the Homestead CRA Industry Day event on Thursday, December 8th at 10 am in the Council Chambers at Homestead City Hall (100 Civic Court, Homestead, FL 33030) to learn more. The event will include the project overview and site tour.

The mission of the CRA is to revitalize the community redevelopment area and to provide economic stimulus such that the future value of the property within the community redevelopment area is optimized. Its goal is to combat neighborhood deterioration and eliminate economic blight in the designated area.
