Joyce Ebbets Scholarship Essay Contest for Enviro Camp 2023

The City of Ormond Beach Department of Leisure Services is proud to announce, through the Joyce Ebbets Children’s Environmental Education Scholarship Fund, two (2) children will have the chance to attend one (1) session of the Environmental Discovery Center’s 2023 Enviro Camp at no cost. Winners will be chosen through a competitive essay contest.
