TRANSIT NEWS

NEW REDONDO BEACH TRANSIT CENTER
COMING SOON IN 2023!

The new Redondo Beach Transit Center (RBTC) will replace the existing Transit Center near the South Bay Galleria to create a modernized multimodal transportation facility improving regional connections linking Beach Cities Transit with other regional transit providers: Los Angeles Metro, Torrance Transit, GTrans, and Lawndale Transit, along with pedestrian and bicycle access to these services. 

DECEMBER BUS PASS SALES HOURS

The City Hall Transit Office will be closed for BCT and Metro Bus Pass sales on the following days:

-Closed Thursday, December, 22, 2022 through Monday, January 2, 2023.

-Sales will resume Tuesday, January 3, 2023. 

The Artesia Blvd Office will be closed for Metro Senior and Disabled Bus Pass sales on the following days:

-Closed Thursday, December 22, 2022 through Monday January 2, 2023. 

-Sales will resume Tuesday, January 3, 2023. 

BEACH CITIES TRANSIT Line 102 and Line 109 and WAVE Dial-Ride will not operate on Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
