ST. PETERS STABILITY: MALACH PROMOTED TO CITY ADMINISTRATOR
Stability at the top of the City of St. Peters organization continues as Bill Malach takes over as City Administrator. Malach was promoted to our top leadership role beginning Jan. 20, 2023, after nearly a quarter century with the City of St. Peters. He replaces Russ Batzel, who retired after 28 years working for the City, including nearly seven years as City Administrator.
