YAVAPAI COUNTY, Ariz. -- The Sedona City Council has had multiple discussions over the past several years with regards to relocating the court. The time has come, and we are announcing that the Sedona Magistrate Court will be moving to a new facility located at 221 Brewer Road, Sedona.

To facilitate the packing and movement of all files, computers and other court equipment, the Sedona Magistrate Court is closed from November 28 – December 8. 

During this time, we will continue cover needed Initial Appearances and Arraignments.  However, because the court will be closed, we ask that anyone seeking an Order of Protection or an Injunction Against Harassment, during these two closed weeks, contact the Cottonwood Municipal Court at 928-634-7537, located at 665 E. Mingus Avenue.

We appreciate the understanding of our patrons during this closure and look forward to being back to providing full service in our new location on Monday, December 12, 2022.
