Mayor's Christmas Tree Lighting
Thank you to all who attended this year's Tree Lighting.
This year marked the debut of Ms. Pam Burnham leading the Christmas Carol Sing-A-Long The VFW set up an awesome display at Luminary walk.
The hot chocolate and hot dogs are always a hit cooked to perfection by the B&C Club.
Long lines of anxious riders waited patiently for the sleigh ride.
Thank you to Sugar Creek Fair Board for the Christmas ornaments booth.
Many memorable ornaments were made to take home and hang on the tree.
The line to tell SANTA what you want for Christmas started lining up well before his arrival and many memories and pictures were made.
The MOOSE held an Arts & Crafts Fair from 3-7pm with many talented offerings.
Thank you Public Works for all the hard work and preparation getting Wells Park ready for our annual event.
Last but not least, thank you to the talented Studio 3 V Dancers that performed for over 30 minutes.
Have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
After a long day of Christmas shopping reward yourself by eating at or ordering take-out at your favorite Sugar Creek Restaurant.
Enjoy!

National Days In December
December 5
Red Bag Day in the Creek - This has become an annual event where foster children ask for presents that are fulfilled by generous, many times anonymous donors.
The presents are wrapped and placed in red bags and brought to Mike Onka Hall.
Four area agencies will then distribute the presents to each correct child.
We are expecting almost 1000 bags including an undetermined number of bicycles.
National Bathtub Party Day
International Ninja Day
National Repeal Day - A commemoration of the day Prohibition ended.
National Sacher Torte Day - The layered ingredients make this dessert a delicious, unique type of chocolate cake.
You had me at chocolate.
Music Bingo
Is Next Week
12/7, 6:30PM
At Mike Onka Hall
Music Bingo is always a blast, but this month is even better.
In the past 11 months, each "BINGO" received a prize from Pam Burnham's prize stash.
This month, YOU bring a wrapped prize.
This month, when someone gets a "BINGO", that winner gets to choose their prize from the mountain of wrapped prizes that YOU brought.
Then we get to play,White Elephant.
The second "BINGO" gets to choose from the mountain of gifts or "steal" the previously opened gift.
Any questions?
Show up Wednesday night, 11/7 with your wrapped package or email Ms. Burnham at: [email protected]
