1/9/23 COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES
The meeting began promptly at 6:00pm.
Officer Dre Scheib led the assembly
in the Pledge of Allegiance.
Roll call established a quorum and the
Consent Agenda was passed unanimously.
In the only business from the floor,
Officer Scheib was sworn in by the Mayor.
There were seven ordinances presented to the Board.
All passed unanimously.
#4607 approved removal of the old roof and installation
of a new roof for City Hall
#4608 authorized payment to Midwest Public Risk
for sewer liability deductible on a claim.
#4609 authorized payment to Croft Trailer Supply
for purchase of a trailer to be used by
the Public Works Department.
#4610 authorized purchase of fire equipment
for the Sugar Creek Fire Department.
#4611 authorized payment to Wil-Pav for
street repairs at various locations in the City.
#4612 authorized payment to Mike Fisher Construction
for emergency repairs to the LaBenite Park boat ramp.
#4613 approved professional service installation
by Federal Signal Corporation for the siren at
15100 Courtney-Atherton Road.

National Pharmacist Day -
This day annually recognizes and honors
all pharmacists across the nation.
National Marzipan Day -
