Join the FCPA team as a camp counselor or camp director and take a leadership role in a summer ROCS camp or at one of FCPA’s several park-based nature camps. Applications are being accepted for openings at:

- Audrey Moore Rec Center in Annandale

- Burke Lake Park in Fairfax Station

- Colvin Run Mill Park in Great Falls

- Cub Run Rec Center in Chantilly

- Ellanor C. Lawrence Park in Chantilly

- Franconia Rec Center in Franconia

- Frying Pan Farm Park in Herndon

- Lake Accotink Park in Springfield

- Lake Fairfax Park in Reston

- Oak Marr Rec Center in Oakton

- Riverbend Park in Great Falls

- South Run Rec Center in Springfield

Camps operate from mid-June until mid-August. The FCPA offers competitive compensation for counselors and directors depending on experience, education and certifications:

- Camp counselors: $16 to $19 per hour

- Camp directors: $19 to $22.25 per hour

Join us on March 4, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the Frying Pan Farm Park Visitor Center for an open hire session. FCPA staff will be accepting applications and conducting interviews on a first-come-first-serve basis. Registration is not required. Frying Pan Farm Park Visitor Center is located at 2739 West Ox Road in Herndon, Virginia.
