Description

Set yourself up with healthy habits that will last throughout the New Year! Sign up for Commit To Fit and and complete 39 Workouts at the Y between Jan 1st and April 14th 2024. After completion, not only will you be on your way to creating healthy habits but you will also get entered into a raffle to win prizes:

Grand Prize : A One Year New Canaan YMCA Adult Membership(value $1260)

2nd prize: A 5 Session Personal Training Package or equivalent Y Online Credit(value $421)

3rd prize: A Motivation Personal Training Package or equivalent Y Online Credit(value $198)

7 others will win a New Canaan Y Yeti Cup!

Your Registration fee includes a Commit to Fit T-shirt(available at the Front Desk upon registration while supplies last)

Workouts will be tracked based on your New Canaan Y check in scans. With each scan you need to complete one workout at the New Canaan Y, of at least 20 minutes in length. Only one scan will be counted per day. Commit to Fit workout cards will be available for those that wish to use them to keep track of their workouts, but you must scan in for your workouts to be counted. You can view your scans on your Y online account under "Visits."

A minimum of 39 workouts must be completed between Monday, January 1st, and Sunday, April 14th. You must have at least one workout in January, February, March and April.

"Double Day" Workouts: Throughout Commit To Fit certain Group Ex classes will be designated as "Double Day" workouts. If you complete a "Double Day" workout you will receive an extra scan that will be counted towards your 39 workouts! Look for "Double Day" workouts to be announced in your email.

This program is open to New Canaan YMCA members 14 years and older.
*Staff and Staff Family members are not eligible for the above prize raffle and will be entered into a separate staff only prize raffle drawing.

The prize drawing winners will be selected and announced the week of April 15th.
