Culinary Tour of the Palouse: What's in the Bottom of your Freezer
With Chef Aaron Little

Chef Aaron will demonstrate how to handle those challenging cuts of meat and teach you cooking techniques that make them tender and delicious. Come with your questions about what you have in your freezer and Aaron will walk you through the best ways to prepare it  bring a notepad and pen, and be ready to absorb the extensive knowledge that Aaron will share, transforming that tough or fatty protein into a delectable dish. A bonus is you will have lots of sampling of the prepared food.

Aaron will have some meat already prepared and then have the same cut and he will show you exactly how he prepared it and cooked it.
Aaron Little is an expert in crafting sauces and cooking meats. His culinary journey has taken him from the East Coast to the West Coast as a chef.
