6:00 pm: All Swine must be in place; Weigh-In Begins

8:00 am: All Livestock must be in place
8:00 am-4:30pm: Community Building open to view exhibits (closed during judging) 
8:30 am: Swine Show
9:00 am: Dairy Show
8:30-11:00 am: Floriculture, Ag Products, Domestic Arts Exhibit Check-In
11:00 am: Domestic Arts Judging
11:00 am: Flower Judging
1:30 pm: Sheep Weigh in; Followed by Beef Weigh in
3:00 pm: All Beef Registration Papers Checked
5:30 pm: Sheep Costume Lead 

Saturday, August 9, 2025

8:00 am: Sheep Show
10:00 am: Breeding Beef Show
10:00 am-4:00 pm: Community Building open to view exhibits 
Immediately After Breeding Beef Show: Market Beef Show
3:00 pm: Release of Floriculture, Ag Products, and Domestic Arts Exhibits
4:00 pm: Release of All Exhibits and Entries
6:00 pm: Auction Sale and Citizens for Cullom Pie Auction
