Deadwood Mountain Grand Receives 2nd Consecutive Academy Of Country Music (ACM) Award Nomnation

Deadwood, SD -  One of the most prestigious organizations in country music, the Academy of Country Music (ACM) has nominated Deadwood Mountain Grand as ‘Casino of the Year - Theater’ for the 58th annual ceremony scheduled to take place Thursday, May 11th from the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas.

The 2023 Studio Recording Awards and Industry Awards including Deadwood Mountain Grand’s ‘Casino of the Year - Theater of the Year’ awards will be presented to recipients at the 16th Academy of Country Music Honors, a special event held annually in August at the historic Ryman Auditorium in Nashville. This year’s show will be held August 23.

Deadwood Mountain Grand, who was also nominated in 2022, is located in the heart of historic downtown Deadwood in the Black Hills of South Dakota. The venue is in elite company, sharing nominations with the Golden Nugget in Lake Charles, LA, Resorts World Theater at Resorts World in Las Vegas, NV, Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, FL and Soaring Eagle in Mount Pleasant, MI. This is the third ACM nomination for Deadwood Mountain Grand as they were nominated in 2014 and 2022.
