Free Seminar: Probate & Trust Litigations
Tuesday, March 28
10:00 am
Free to attend
A probate litigation involves challenging the terms of a will including guardianship, trust disputes, involuntary hospitalizations and competency hearings. The Probate Division of Circuit Court handles probate litigation cases. A probate litigation attorney protects beneficiaries and heirs of a will or trust, ensuring they receive the inheritances they’re entitled. Trust litigation occurs when there are disputes about the distribution or handling of a deceased person’s assets. You may be named in an estate litigation lawsuit if you're one of the beneficiaries of the trust or if you're a trustee accused of mismanagement.
Presented by Attorney Sherri Stinson of the FL Bar Speakers Bureau.
