Lose or Gain Weight through healthy eating
Meet with our Fitness & Nutrition Specialist, Katherine Janus to discuss your specific healthy eating goals. While regular physical activity and exercise are an important component to healthy living, a big piece of the puzzle is what we're eating and drinking on a regular basis.
Whether you are striving to safely lose or gain weight, or establish healthier eating habits, these sessions will be tailored to meet your particular goals.

Did you know Dunedin has an outdoor fit zone? The Kiwanis Fit Zone is located at Weaver Park, 1258 Bayshore Blvd, Dunedin. It's fun and free to use! It provides a complete body workout with 11 hydraulic units that target certain muscles and areas of the body.
