For dedicated paranormal teams, our Team Paranormal Investigations offer exclusive exploration. With a base fee of $100 per person for groups of 10 or more, network with other teams while retaining the ability to investigate independently. If you crave total exclusivity, our Paranormal Site Rental starting at $1200 provides access from 8 PM to 2 AM, Sunday through Thursday.

For an optimal experience, guests should enter Eloise Asylum through the Second Gate on Michigan Ave, conveniently situated closest to Kroger. Please note that this tour involves stairs and uneven ground, so wearing weather-appropriate attire and sturdy footwear is advised. Photography and video are encouraged for personal use only, as this tour offering is not intended for commercial access to the site. Be sure to check the available dates and times for these exclusive history tours held on select Saturdays.
