For our 54th Season, we are inspired by the idea of "The Test Kitchen." A test kitchen is a kitchen used for the process of developing new kinds of food. Here at Andy's, our food is art-making and we are ready to develop new ways to make it. 

In a crucial moment for our industry, Andy's has taken it upon itself to become the research and development lab that can participate in the future of our form. It's an easy decision, in actuality, because our young artists are so incredibly brilliant. 

Between June 24th and August 17th, Andy's is exploring time, scale, technology, ensemble, audience participation, live streaming, puppetry, and real-time cinema techniques to generate inspiring new formats of theater making. All the while, we are enhancing our resources towards a Performance Lab where professional artists can help strengthen techniques in singing, writing, storytelling, physical performance, improvisation and backstage technical skills.

It's a year of growth and a year of experimentation for us.
