City Park Conservancy policy states no refunds or exchanges will be issued for fundraisers once the purchase is complete.

In the event of cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we ask ticket holders to consider their purchase a donation to the Park, otherwise a refund will be issued upon request.
