Henry Herbert Smythe Scholarship
2023 Smythe Scholarship
Applications are now available for scholarship aid from the Henry Herbert Smythe Trust. The application deadline is Friday, May 26th by 12:00pm.
Applications for the Henry Herbert Smythe Trust Scholarships are available by visiting the Falmouth Public Library’s Teen Page, in hard copy in the Young Adult Room of the Library, or emailing [email protected].

Master Gardeners Return!
Master Gardeners Drop-In Help
The Falmouth Master Gardeners return to the library with their popular drop-in help sessions for the growing season of 2023!
Starting Wednesday, May 17th to Mid-September, each Wednesday afternoon from 2pm-4pm volunteers will be at a table in the Katharine Lee Bates entry of the library to answer questions about gardening, plants, compost, ticks, why your tomatoes aren't producing, what to do about the squirrels, and much more!
All are welcome, bring your questions, no appointment needed.

Join the Falmouth Public Library in partnership with Neighborhood Falmouth for a presentation on Falls and Fractures in Older Adults: Causes, Prevention, and Myths on Thursday, May 25th at 1:30pm in the Hermann room. Registration is required.
