An expert panel will share what you need to know about puppy mills, inhumane commercial dog breeding facilities that over-breed female dogs and sell their puppies for profit with little regard for their health or well-being. Presenters: Annie Hornish, Connecticut State Director of the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS); HSUS Senior Coordinator for Public Policy, Morgan Miller; HSUS volunteer, Patricia Harmon, and State Rep. Connecting Nature and People

The juried show, presented in partnership with the Stamford Art Association, features works by local and regional artists and explores the bonds that exist between nature and people. The exhibition continues through January 2024.
