Visit Uptown Somerset Under the Sea. Somerset, PA’s 29th Annual Ice festival is an annual celebration of the winter season – and this year, an aquarium in ICE.

50+ Sculptures from Anglerfish to Narwhal to Pineapples Under the Sea will be featured on the sidewalks up historic Uptown Somerset. On Saturday and Sunday, The Carnegie Museum of Natural History Mini Museum and The Pittsburgh Zoo & Aquarium and International Conservation Center Land & Sea Turtle Exhibit will be popping up, and all weekend long there will be food and frosty fun.
