Schedule Of Events:

Kick off this 4th of July with a BANG!

7am - Rocket Run: 1mi, 3K, or 5K, choose your distance and run like the wind!
We're excited to invite you to the 4th annual Fourth of July Rocket Run!
Sponsored by Cochenour Builders, all proceeds will support The Dalles High School Cross Country team!
This run will begin at Bargeway Pub in The Dalles and continue along the beautiful Columbia River Riverfront Trail, this run/walk is available to the whole family (and dogs!) with the option of 1mi, 3k, or 5k. Awards will be handed out to first place in each age category.
8am - Community Breakfast: Join us after the run at Bargeway Pub for free community breakfast sponsored by The Gorge McDonald’s!
Meet at Bargeway Pub - Parking available.

9am - 4th of July Yoga on the Grass
Join us for a relaxing morning of Yoga on the Grass, hosted by Pure Yoga! This free event is led by the talented Samantha Whitley, and will help you lean into your Independence day with renewed energy and focus.
The event will take place at The Bargeway Pub, and will start at 9:00 am and end at 10:00 am. All levels are welcome, from beginners to experienced practitioners. So grab your yoga mat and water bottle and come join us in the beautiful outdoors.

10am - 4th of July Parade
The Dalles Area Chamber of Commerce presents Hometown USA 4th of July Parade
The parade begins at 10:00 am sharp and will travel down the traditional parade route in The Dalles (see map). You can expect the parade to last about 1 to 1.5 hours, so pack some snacks and get comfortable.
Be sure to arrive early to secure your spot along the parade route Spots fill up fast! After the parade please join us for the rest of the day's festivities, including live music, food, and of course the fireworks show at 10:00pm
Don't forget to use the hashtag #fortdallesfourth2023 to share your parade experience and stay connected with the community.

12pm - 4th of July Block Party
2nd & Monroe Downtown presents 2nd Annual 4th of July Block Party
Join us for a lively Concert in the Park with the Gorge Winds Concert Band!
After the Fourth of July parade, head over to City Park for a fantastic musical experience. Bring your picnic blanket, gather your friends and family, and enjoy the band's timeless melodies in a relaxed and fun atmosphere. It's a perfect way to continue the holiday celebration and create wonderful memories together.

10pm - Fort Dalles Fourth Fireworks Display
Join us for the highlight of Fort Dalles Fourth and end your night with a bang!
Presented by the City of The Dalles, this mesmerizing display of lights will illuminate the night sky at 10:00 pm made possible with the assistance of Bernert Barge Lines.
Prepare to be amazed as we proudly showcase one of the largest fireworks shows in the Pacific Northwest! Fueled by the generous support of our community. If you're interested in contributing to the magic of the Fireworks Show through donations, please don't hesitate to reach out! Every contribution counts and helps us create a truly unforgettable experience for everyone.
