10:00am - 4:00pm -  5th Annual Wild & Seedling Pomological Exhibition by Gnarly Pippins at the Williamsburg Grange - Free (suggested donation $10)

4:00pm - 7:00pm - Cidermaker roundtable at West County Cider - Free -  Home and commercial cidermakers come to a roundtable discussion followed by bottle share. Home and Press food truck onsite grilling up Pekarski's Sausage.

5:00pm - 8:00pm - Great Lakes Cider Tasting and meet-the-maker at LOOT - Free - Meet Michigan-based cidermaker Dan Young of Tandem Ciders and taste samples of Uncle John's and Tandem Ciders.

5:00pm - 9:30pm - Wild Apple Exhibition afterparty at the Dirty Truth -Reservations recommended - One-night-only wild apple and Meadowfed Lamb menu takeover at the restaurant with the best cider-focused beverage program in all of WMass.

7:00pm - 8:30pm - The 9 Cider Food Pairing at Cameron's Winery & Cidery

10:00AM - 12:00PM - Lancman Cider Pressing demo with Tim Brady of OESCO at Clarkdale Fruit Farms - Free

10:00AM - 4:30PM - Free lecture series at Raven Books in the Mill at Shelburne Falls!

10:00 - 5:00pm - Pomona's Gifts apple display - the famous Hudson Valley Orchardist Kevin Clark of Rose Hill Farm will be setting up the touring display
10:00am - 11:00am - Trees in the Landscape - Adam Buursma (Arboreal Habitats) discusses how to select and maintain apple trees in the landscape. He will touch on rootstocks, limb training, pruning, understory care.
11:00am - 12:00pm - The Commons - a panel discussion on apple trees held in common trust with Benford Lepley (Floral Terranes), Bleecker Wheeler (Watson Wheeler Cider) and Matt Kaminsky (Gnarly Pippins)
12:30pm - 1:30pm - Practical Pomology unveiling, book talk and Q&A with author Sean Turley (the Righteous Russet) on his monumental upcoming orchard reference book.
2:00pm - 3:00pm - Heirloom apple tasting and vote-off with Maine apple gurus Sean Turley & Laura Sieger (FEDCO trees, Maine Heritage Orchard)
3:30pm - 4:30pm - American Cider book talk, Q&A, and signing with author and cider pro Dan Pucci.

Guest cideries for Sunday include Ragged Hill Cider, Watson Wheeler Cider, Spider Silk Cider, Farnum Hill Cider and Provisions.

12:00PM - 1:00PM - Orchard Tour with Nick Venti at New Salem Preserves and Heritage Cider

12:00PM - 3:00PM - All Things Apple at Cold River Package and Market - Free admission and in-store sales of all brands available Samples of local, domestic, and imported ciders and apple spirits from guest cideries including Abandoned Cider, Carlson's Hard Cider, Artifact, Eric Bordelet, Aval, Nine Pin Cider, Laird's Applejack, Rekorderlig, Eden Specialty Ciders, Downeast, Barewolf, Dupont Calvados, J Seeds Apple Whisky, Angry Orchard, VT Vermouth distilled from apples, Hardwick Apple Wine, and more!

1:00PM - 2:30PM  - The Art of Cooking and Fermenting with Franklin County Apples at Cameron's Winery & Cidery - Free - Enjoy samples and learn through discussion to make delicious and easy treats and ciders.

2:00PM - 3:00PM - Tending Backyard Orchards with Steve Marglin at  New Salem Preserves and Heritage Cider

10:00am - 11:00am - The Growing Curve - talk and apple tasting with Erin Robinson - the head orchardist of Scott Farm discusses the learning curve of managing New England's premier heirloom apple orchard and leads a tasting of her four favorite varieties she grows.

11:00am - 12:00pm - The Apple Around Here from Early Settlement to the Present - Field Maloney of West County Cider

12:00pm - 1:00pm - Pomological Series Volume 4 unveiling, book talk, and North American pomological report with Matt Kaminsky of Gnarly Pippins and William Mullan

10:00AM - 12:00PM - Apple Cider Pancake Breakfast at Cameron's Winery & Cidery - $10

10:00AM - 11:00AM - Pruning workshop at Pine Hill Orchards - David and William Shearer walk you through the basics of pruning apple trees. Tractor departs from parking lot promptly at 10:15 for pruning site (walkouts to the pruning site not allowed).

1:30PM - 3:00PM - Pollinator Habitat in Your Orchard at Meadow Forge Farm. - Free - Wildflower walk & talk with Gordon Meadows. Cider bottle share to follow! Boots strongly recommended

2:15PM - 3:15PM - Amateur cidermaker peer review at New Salem Preserves and Heritage Cider - Free - Home and commercial cidermakers bring their cidermakers for tasting/evaluating/troubleshooting with colleagues and peers.
