KidSight Eye Screening will be provided by the Ham Lake Lions Club. Have your child's eyesight screened on the spot! If the camera detects a potential issue with the child's eye health, we print out the results and provide the family with a referral to see an eye care provider. 4:00 p.m: 3rd Annual Ruck-n-Roll - 5 mile rucksack run-walk presented by 13th Hour Training and Self Defense in memory of Carey Johnson.

4:30 p.m: Freedom 0.5K Fun Run Yes, you read that right! No need to worry about being a professional runner for this one It’s only 0.5K Anything else would be too far. After all, we don’t want to overdo it Registration is open to youth and adults and includes a treat to reward your hard efforts at the end! Register by June 15th if you desire a tee shirt.
