The 1961 trial of Adolf Eichmann, architect of the mass murder of the Jews during World War II, is revisited in a gripping and surprising new vision from American filmmaker Jake Paltrow (The Good Night). This Hebrew-language drama, based on true accounts, tells its story from the intertwined perspectives of three largely unrelated figures: Eichmann; a Jewish Moroccan prison guard; an Israeli police investigator for the prosecution and a Holocaust survivor; and a 13-year-old Jewish Libyan immigrant.

Largely shot on 16mm film, Paltrow's vividly textured work uses these disparate points of view to paint an image of the diasporic Jewish people and, in its unorthodox narrative approach, reminds us that the same histories are experienced differently by people all over the world, and we are connected through shared traumatic pasts.

About The Artist:

Dan Welden is an internationally famous printmaker, educator and inventor of the solar plate printing process. He has secured his place in art history for the breathtaking roster of famous artists with whom he has collaborated; Rauschenberg, Jasper Johns, Motherwell, Kiki Smith, de Kooning, Flavin, Fischl and Lynda Benglis.

Familiar themes run though his paintings and prints, drawing connections between landscape and abstraction. His paintings begin intuitively, with simple forms, and broad areas of color, gradually becoming more refined and delicate. His results are paintings rich in mystery, subtle layers, and a sophisticated color sensibility.

With the help of her friends, Nana begins training for the State Chess Championship. She plans on dominating the competition but her real plan involves reuniting her estranged grandsons, Andrew (Gould), a dedicated veterinary student and Cody (Peltz), a flashy male model and influencer. Lawrence Peter "Yogi" Berra is one of baseball's greatest. He amassed ten World Series rings, 3 MVP awards and 18 All-Star Game appearances. He caught the only perfect game in World Series history. Yet for many his deserved stature was overshadowed by his simply being himself and being recognized more for his unique personality, TV commercial appearances and unforgettable "Yogi-isms,"initially head-scratching philosophical nuggets that make a lot more sense the more you think about them.

In telling the whole story, It Ain't Over gives Berra his due in following the life of a savvy, commanding, bad-ball hitting catcher with a squat frame but also a D-Day veteran, loving husband and father and, yes, product endorser and originator (mostly) of his own brand of proverbs now ingrained into everyday life. Granddaughter Lindsay Berra  tells his story along with his sons, former Yankee teammates, players he managed, writers, broadcasters, and admirers (such as Billy Crystal), plus photos and footage on and off the diamond. An investigative documentary - celebrating one of Iran's most revolutionary artists, Nickzad Nodjoumi (Nicky Nodjoumi).

Born in Iran in 1942, but living in New York City, Nodjoumi traveled back to Iran to join the Islamic Revolution, making paintings and posters criticizing the Shah's regime. In 1980, the painter fled Iran following the protest of his solo exhibition, Report on the Revolution, and its subsequent shutdown at the hands of Islamic radicals at the Tehran Museum of Contemporary Art. Decades later, the renowned artist and his daughter attempt to track down the missing paintings in hopes of reclaiming them. During the search, Sara, drawing on disarmingly frank conversations with both her father and mother, celebrated artist Nahid Hagigat, and grappling with complex feelings and mysteries tied to her upbringing, traces a timeline of events to understand the circumstances that led to her family's personal history echoing the treacherous path of many immigrant families caught in the crossfire of politics and life.

Equal parts introspective and investigative, filmmakers Sara Nodjoumi and Till Schauder expertly weave together the personal and political to create a moving narrative about the power of art, sacrifice, and family bonds.
