From: Louisiana Governor Jeff LandryBaton Rouge, LA - On March 12, 2025, Governor Landry ordered the flags of the United States and the State of Louisiana be flown at half-staff in honor of former First Lady Alice Foster. Flags will remain at half-staff over the State Capitol and all state buildings from sunrise until sunset on March 12, 2025. Executive order attached.
“Louisiana owes a debt of gratitude to First Lady Alice Foster for her many outstanding contributions to our state. She led a life of public service, with strong values of loyalty and family. Today, we honor her legacy,” said Governor Landry.
