TALLAHASSEE, FL - On July 11, 2025, Governor Ron DeSantis announced the appointment of Jason James to the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority. This appointment is effective July 18, 2025. 

Jason James

James is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Mechanical One. Previously, he served as a Business Developer for One Stop Services and an Insurance Agent for Florida Insurance Specialists. James earned his associate degree from Valencia College and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida. 

This appointment is subject to confirmation by the Florida Senate.
